Explore new service opportunities

So you want to create new services for your organisation but have no ideas? Never fear, Humblebee is here.

What is this?

The Exploration Sprint is designed to help open up the possibilities for potential new services that you have not yet found. We do this by researching and poking 'opportunity spaces' that you have identified.

Who is this for?

Why do you need this?

The need to create new services that generate new revenue or create value in other ways has never been more acute.

What are the business benefits?

  • Speed. Give us 4 weeks and we'll find genuine customer pains to solve.
  • Valuable insights and raw data from your customers in a short time period.
  • Instead of months of drawn-out projects we offer 4 weeks of action, representing huge cost savings.

What do we need from you?

We require the appropriate stakeholders, with the right mandate, to attend selected workshops in week 1. We also need you to book in users / customers for us to interview.

Where do you get started? All good things start with coffee.

We’d love to discuss your ideas and ambitions for digital services, new online business models, digital transformation and everything in between.
