Product Improvement Sprint

Product Improvement Sprint

The Product Improvement Sprint by Humblebee helps you rapidly solve the most important issues with your existing digital products and services.

What is this?

Our product improvement sprint focuses on fixing the most pressing issues your digital product or service may have. Why are people not completing your onboarding process? Why are users not converting when you want them to? Once we identify the most pressing problems, we use a design sprint process* to sketch out and test a solution as a concept prototype.

*The Design Sprint is a short process to address problems and finish up with a tangible solution to test on real people, actual users of the solution. You’ve likely heard of the Design Sprint. It’s a process originated at Google Ventures, and it’s been a part of Humblebee’s toolbox for several years, tweaked for the individual needs of our lovely clients.

Who is this for?

This package is tailored for any company with a digital product or service (could be an existing app, software or website) with areas that could be improved. This package is also perfect should you want to give your team a real boost, and discover new ways of working.

Why do you need this?

The ability to unpack problems as a team is vital to any company’s success. The tools and frameworks you’ll learn in this design sprint can be reused at your company in many different situations.

What are the business benefits?

  • Speed to action. A prototype of a solution to your challenges completed, and tested with your customers or users within 5 days.
  • Valuable insights and raw data from customers in a short time period.
  • You'll learn new ways-of-working with your colleagues.
  • You'll skip potentially months of speculating, conversations and drawn-out projects into 2 weeks of action, representing huge cost savings.

What do you receive?

The end result is often a concept prototype.

How long does this take?

The sprint will be time-boxed to 2 calendar weeks. Some hours in the subsequent week may be required.

Who will be carrying out this project?

Our Humblebee product design and tech team will facilitate.

What do we need from you?
