Overview

Why was the Climate Saver app failing to take the public by storm as expected or desired? It was our goal to find and test changes which could help. Our sprint identified critical challenges to address around the on-boarding of users to the app.

Challenge

Why was this online service not taking off as desired? Our design sprint quickly found the right problem to investigate.

Why was the ClimateSaver app failing to take the public by storm as expected or desired? It was our goal to find and test changes which could help. Our sprint identified critical challenges to address around the on-boarding of users to the app.

Solution

To address the on-boarding section of the service we prototyped a new solution based on simplicity and smarter user experience. This solution was tested on potential users of the service to get quick, high quality feedback. This whole process took one week.

In the second week we tightened up our prototype based on the user feedback, and also delivered a roadmap for suggested next steps so the client could move forward post-sprint; build and implement the insights from the sprint and move into the next stage of success.

We were impressed by the speed that Humblebee created a prototype and managed to test it on actual potential customers — all within just one week.
